Choose the road you love.
Choose the road you love.

Life is simple. Find something you enjoy. Then do it.

A prayer for Nature
Thank you lord of life and death.
Thank you for the fresh water to drink.
Thank your for the clean air to breath.
Thank you for the green Earth that supplies shelter and food.
Allow me to protect and give respect to Nature.
Give me wisdom and common sense to do what is right.

Choose the road you love.
I sit at the crossroad of a life.
I looked back and thank the Lord of life and death
for my life.
I tell the young people around me.
“The Nirvana of a blessed man is to loved a woman.
Held many children.
Celebrated life and having many friends.”
“A wise man don’t blaspheme the people who held
joy and love over all things.
They will be the missed souls.”
I light a candle.
Remembering missed family and friends.
I thank them in prayer for their gifts of love
and friendship.
Regrets will be many in a life.
Forsaken dreams and lost battles.
Only remedy is to get up.
Gather your hopes and dreams.
Choose the road you love.
Kindred spirits dance in my sweet dreams.
Sweet fragments of faces of kind woman.
Exquisite women who gave me gifts of long
embraces and sweet kisses.
Dances by the midnight moon.
Create a paradise for a man to revive when
he is old and had too much time.
The memories of long legs, blue eyes and
flowing red hair over my body.
Still can bring a smile today.
Blunders in a life and love can leave you disappointed.
Only cure is to celebrate each new day.
Love, Dance and Laugh.
Choose the road you love.

I love the memories captured in your poem. One of the joys of my relationship with my significant other is the pleasure we take in making memories. I will remember your line of making “paradise to revive when we are old and have too much time”. I want to be one of those old women who sit back with a secret smile in their eyes.
Thank you for following my blog. I want to reassure you that my focus is generally on what is positive in life and I hope you will gain pleasure from sharing that positivity. I feel humbled that you should follow me on the one occasion when I have thrown away my caution to self of not leaping into print when feeling cranky or disappointed!
My grandfather told me when I was young. “Have fun and travel. These are the memories to make us smile and look back upon when old age take over.” Thank you for the comment.
Spot on, please send a copy to the politicians and corporate bosses
Thank you for the life I live
I can still have believe
in God and me
I am grateful for the moments I enjoyed
I hold my yesterday’s laughter close to my heart
I keep my today active.
If I have a tommorow, I will do as I did today
maybe a little better or brighter than each passing yesterday.
Better to celebrate life. We can’t allow the negative to blind us. Thank you for your thoughts and reading my poetry.

Thank you for your comment. I believe life is simple. Need to take care of the people we love and being kind in word/action to strangers and friends.. I believe a good life is based on the love you have shared and the people who loved you back till the end.
