Sweet surrender
Sweet surrender
A Poem by Coyote Poetry
We must forget old wounds and open new doors.
Sweet surrender
Lost and found love leave us standing alone and afraid.
Some of us will seek shelter in the quiet of the night.
Hidden places and faces dances in our head. We wish for
kisses, hold and release.
We need sweet surrender.
Many kinds of love.
We must open new doors and close old one’s.
Kind friend and lover lead me slowly into the long dance.
The slow dance. Brake me down and open me up.
Look at my lost and found. Maybe love can be found?
Please whisper sweet words. Please hold me, squeeze me and
love me till the morning light. Make me beg for more.
Broken glass promises are permanent scars. We must stop the bleeding
and allow the wound to heal.
All wounds will heal with time.
Even the broke in heart must surrender to love.
Coyote
wow, this is absolutely captivating.

I am always humbled when Creator speaks to me through unexpected mouths. I am visiting you now in response to your visit to my site. Your most beautiful and potent words here brought the wisdom I asked for since before the first light of today. Your words, The Poet, also touched me deeply. Medicine Wheel, also. Blessings to You, John Coyote.
