Everyone Has a Body But Not Every Body Has a Soul
Powerful and good words by a talented writer. Please read and enjoy.
Sometimes Silver Linings are Blue
I don’t want a beautiful chiseled face
But
Mesmerized by endless stunning grace
I don’t thirst for ferocious ecstasies to thrill
But
Hunger for compassion and good will
I don’t long for fingertips tracing flawless skin
But
Yearn for calming solace from within
I don’t drown in blue eyes deep as the oceans
But
Rise from bottomless humane emotions
Don’t let spellbinding desires be in control
Everyone has a body but not every body has a soul

Good or evil, I believe everybody has a soul. As something of a pantheist, i even believe that all living things have souls, including trees, flowers, insects, cattle, cats and dogs. My definition of a soul is a spark that give life and this spark comes from a great cosmic life-giving force. What happens to this spark, once it is extinguished is anybody’s guess. This is only my personal opinion. I do not mean to proselytize or convert.

I agree. We all have a soul. Our decision to do well or not.
