Anger is a powerful emotion. If it isn’t handled properly, it may have destructive results for you and for those who are closest to you. Anger can destroy your life. It can cause some short and long term health problems i.e, headache, insomnia, depression, high blood pressure, skin problems, stroke , heart attack, which can affect your health and life too. some of these problems seems to be very small , but in actual these are main source of having stress in life which is not good for overall health of a person.
