Michigan
Michigan
Once I tried to escape my Michigan. I touched the four corners of the USA and I returned home. I needed the four seasons.
The Rivers, the Great lakes, peaceful Winter and the free-forest of Michigan. Still waiting for the people who seek peace with nature.
The Fall in Michigan. The changing of color, the slowing down of life and joy for the children. Halloween.
The Michigan Summer.
The Spring. Life begin anew for nature. Warm days for the children.
Home. Sweetest word, when she isn’t near.

I love living in Michigan. It’s beautiful year-round. It’s where roads wind around lakes. Autumn is my favorite time; going to the cider mill, apple orchards, hay rides, the smell of burning leaves. ❤ I love Michigan.

Me too. Me and the grandchildren, after Stoney Creek. Cider Mill. Our favorite place.

Oh, yes, that’s lovely! We love Spicer’s in Fenton, too. 😀 We used to take the kids there all the time and now that they’re grown, we go by ourselves. lol But we’re expecting our first grandchild and I think it will be lovely to carry on the tradition with her.

I became a better Grandfather, I learn late. Our children grow-up too fast. I know you will enjoy the time spend the grandchildren.

Thank you for your introduction to Michigan. I’ve never been there. I, too, am one who needs the four seasons. For me, each new season brings the hope of renewal. I lived in Florida for three years and I couldn’t stand it.

Michigan, after you leave the big city. Mainly small towns and beautiful. I lived in the hot states. Georgia and Texas. Too hot for my bones Liz.
